During fabrication, components are manufactured strictly as per approved drawings and codes. Welding activities are overseen by qualified personnel and subjected to random testing—including visual inspections and, where applicable, non-destructive testing (NDT). Surface treatments such as painting or galvanizing are verified through sample checks and coating thickness measurements to ensure long-term durability.
